Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in psychology and a good understanding of psychometric testing. They should also have an interest in organizational and people development. A good understanding of QMS ISO 9001, EMS 14001, SMK3, and labor law will be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be hard-working, detail-oriented, and possess good integrity. They should also be able to multitask, be a good team player, and be adaptive. Good English communication skills and proficiency in operating MS Office are essential.
Finally, the candidate must be willing to be placed at the Karawang Plant.
