We are hiring for the following positions:

**Backend Developer (Senior)**
We require a minimum of 5+ years of experience and strong proficiency in Golang. Experience in developing Omnichannel products is essential. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and SonarQube is expected. Skill in another programming language will be preferred.

**AI Engineer (Unit Head/SPV)**
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI product development and experience in handling teams. The role involves designing and implementing AI-driven solutions (TTS, LLMS, RAG, ASR) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate these technologies into our products.

**Business Development (Middle-Senior-Head Of)**
We have openings for various levels: Middle (2+ years), Senior (4+ years), and Head (5+ years) of experience in B2B sales. Experience in handling teams is required for the Head level. The role focuses on account management and/or lead generation. Familiarity with CRM tools and messaging solution products is a plus.

**VP of Business Development (GM Level)**
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with proven experience in leading and managing teams. A strong focus on the end-to-end business development process, including account management and/or lead generation, is crucial. Proficient knowledge of messaging service products is essential.

**Presales (Junior-Middle-Senior)**
We have openings for various levels requiring 2-5+ years of experience in Presales or Solution Consulting. The role requires a strong ability to conduct product presentations, demos, and POC sessions. Skill in preparing proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution designs is necessary. Proficient knowledge of messaging service products and IT solutions is expected.

**Head of Sales SMB (Head Of)**
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in field sales/canvassing with a proven track record in PPOB business. Experience in leading canvasser teams across regions (Jabodetabek & Bandung) is required. Strong networking with UMKM communities to build reseller and aggregator channels is essential.

**Head of IT Security (Head Of)**
This role oversees information security strategy, compliance (UU PDP, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF), and incident response, while leading the IT Security team to safeguard the company. We require 7-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in leadership, with proven expertise in hybrid infrastructure, risk management, vulnerability assessments, and regulatory compliance.
