BCA is now accepting applications for the Management Trainee (MT) Program, Batch November!
We offer two development programs in the BCA MT Program:
Management Development Program (MDP):
This program is suitable for those who aspire to become future leaders at BCA. You will comprehensively learn about the banking world, starting from marketing, auditing, to business development.
Wealth Management Program (WMP):
This program is suitable for those who aspire to become future experts at BCA. You will learn about investment, marketing, sales, asset management strategies, and financial analysis.
The exclusive perks of joining the BCA MT Program include the opportunity to become an expert and future leader at BCA. You will receive in-class training at the BCA Learning Institute and on-the-job training in the work unit of BCA. In addition, you will receive a competitive allowance.

* Maximum age of 24 years (S1) and 26 years (S2)
