Staff R&D

Agrosari Farm is hiring a Staff R&D. The role involves performing routine testing on feed ingredients, egg quality, and disinfectant quality. The staff will coordinate with external laboratories, report test results, publish work instructions, assist in documentation and tracking of testing, and supervise field tests in progress.

Job Qualifications:

* Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Animal Science, Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of work experience in R&D or quality testing.
* Understanding of feed and egg quality parameters.
* Ability to use basic laboratory equipment and familiarity with reading lab test results.
* Thorough, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team.
