Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the Chief Executive's calendar. They will act as a resourceful gatekeeper, utilizing persuasive and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-disciplined and able to maintain strict confidentiality, handling tasks independently. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of juggling multiple priorities. Responsibilities include preparing corporate documents and correspondence, demonstrating discretion and confidentiality, organizing and executing special projects, providing detailed travel itineraries, managing financial matters, and building and maintaining cross-departmental relationships.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be able to speak and write in Chinese and English. They should be independent and confident, with proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in administrative support. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required. The ideal candidate will possess accurate and precise verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. They must also be self-disciplined and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
We are hiring a Follow Up Admin Sales to join our team.
**Job Description:**
* Ensure that all sales administration and purchasing processes are complete.
* Verify and check invoicing documents.
* Maintain strict confidentiality through self-discipline.
* Ensure taxation aspects are in line with tax regulations.
* Proactively follow up with customers and suppliers.
* Act as a resourceful gatekeeper with persuasive and communication skills.
* Ensure that all transactions are recorded in the administrative system.
**Qualification:**
* Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Office Administration or Accounting.
* Minimum age: 27 years old.
* At least 5 years of experience as an administrative staff in purchasing or sales (Textile/Garment Industry).
* Strong understanding of sales processes and purchasing flows.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with accounting software.
* Agile and responsive in coordinating with other departments.
* Communicative, honest, and trustworthy.
* Fluent in English is required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualification:
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any field and be a fresh graduate. You should also have at least 1 year of experience, be fluent in English, and proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva. Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, is a plus.
