We are hiring a Brand Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth across all D2C channels. Track performance, analyze trends, and hit targets. Align sales with marketing and ensure smooth fulfillment. Open new sales channels and partnerships. Lead and motivate the sales team; deliver clear forecasts.

Qualifications:
We require 3-6 years of experience in Sales/BD (FMCG or wellness is a plus). Candidates should be strong in strategy, analysis, CRM, and reporting, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, fast-paced, and results-driven. Bonus points for experience in wellness, Odoo/CRM/e-commerce tools.
