SPV HRGA PT Agro Sari Farm

We are hiring a HRGA Supervisor. The supervisor will be responsible for recruitment at the operator level, analyzing salaries and overtime, and monitoring employee attendance and permits. They will also be responsible for fostering discipline, monitoring employee status and BPJS participation, controlling budget realization, and monitoring KPIs.

Job Qualifications:

1. Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
2. Minimum GPA of 3.00.
3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
4. Must be physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy.
5. Proficient in computer operation and Microsoft Office.
6. Able to operate the HRIS system.
7. Possession of K3 certification is a plus.
