The BCA Management Trainee (MT) Program, Batch January is Now Open! As a trainee, you can enjoy the benefits of becoming a future leader and expert at BCA. There are two program options in the BCA MT Program: Management Development Program (MDP) and Wealth Management Program (WMP).

The Management Development Program (MDP) is suitable for those who want to become future leaders at BCA. You will comprehensively explore the world of banking, starting from marketing, audit, to business development.

The Wealth Management Program (WMP) is suitable for those who want to become future experts at BCA. You will delve into investment, marketing, asset management strategies, and financial analysis.

Check the requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Maximum age of 24 years (S1) and 26 years (S2).
* Final year students graduating in 2025, fresh graduates, and first-jobbers are welcome to apply.
* Possess good leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Open to all majors.
