We are hiring a Visual Designer to support the Qualitative Research team in creating engaging and visually appealing presentation materials. In this role, you will focus mainly on designing research proposals and client presentations, helping the team communicate insights through impactful visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and format PowerPoint presentations for research proposals, client reports, and internal decks with a strong storytelling flow.
* Translate qualitative findings, narratives, and insights into engaging visual stories through charts, infographics, and conceptual diagrams.
* Develop clear visual frameworks (e.g., Concept Evaluations, consumer journeys, personas, 6P analysis, Usage & Attitude) to bring research stories to life.
* Ensure visual consistency, readability, and adherence to brand guidelines across all materials.
* Collaborate closely with qualitative researchers to understand key messages and transform abstract ideas into visually compelling deliverables.
* Continuously refine templates, iconography, and visual systems to enhance storytelling impact and presentation quality.
Key Capabilities:
* Fresh graduates from any major, preferably Visual Communication Design or a related field, are welcome to apply.
* Skilled in designing PowerPoint, including layouting, visual formatting, and basic chart/graph creation.
* Strong attention to detail, layout, and visual hierarchy.
* Good communication and collaboration skills.
* Able to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
