PAM JAYA is seeking a Zero & Reclass Tarif Staff member.

**General Requirements:**

* Must be an Indonesian citizen.
* Must have no history of direct or indirect criminal involvement.
* Must be physically and mentally healthy.
* Must be willing to be stationed in DKI Jakarta.

**Specific Requirements:**

* Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1).
* Must have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of customer service.
* Must be proficient in computer operation, including Microsoft Office.
* Must have knowledge of data analysis and customer service.
* Must possess a SIM A and C driving license.

**Job Description:**

* Validate zero customers who have not been identified.
* Identify properties related to tariff groups.
* Create recommendations for re-class tariff proposals.
* Prepare and conduct checks on the condition of water installations, water meters, and tariff classes.
* Prepare and compile information on clean water needs.
* Create daily/weekly/monthly reports.

PAM JAYA is seeking a Meter Verification Officer.

General Requirements:

* Must be an Indonesian citizen.
* Must have no prior involvement in criminal activities, either directly or indirectly.
* Must be physically and mentally healthy.
* Must be willing to be stationed in DKI Jakarta.

Specific Requirements:

* Must hold a Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
* Must have a minimum of one year of work experience in Meter Reading at a Drinking Water Company.
* Must be proficient in computer operations, especially Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel).
* Must possess a SIM A and C driving license.

Job Description:

* Propose photo meter audit work plans based on random sampling of meter recorder routes to the Supervisor of Meter Reading & Billing Collection.
* Conduct photo meter audits by matching the stand meter inputted by the meter recorder with the photo meter according to the daily photo meter audit target.
* Prepare penalty reports for meter recording and create periodic, accurate, and timely photo audit result reports.
* Coordinate effectively with related Sub-Divisions/Divisions.
* Implement all predetermined risk control provisions and participate in providing input on hazards/aspects and risks/environmental impacts.

PAM JAYA is looking for a Surveyor Staff.

General Requirements:

* Must be an Indonesian citizen.
* Must have no prior involvement in criminal activities, directly or indirectly.
* Must be physically and mentally healthy.
* Must be willing to be stationed in DKI Jakarta.

Specific Requirements:

* Minimum education level of vocational high school (SMK) or equivalent.
* Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a related field; new graduates are welcome to apply.
* Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office.
* Basic knowledge of water distribution processes.
* Basic knowledge of field project supervision.
* Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A and C).

Job Description:

* Prepare and conduct surveys before network repair work to address customer complaints handled by third parties.
* Prepare survey reports and document activities.
* Organize and prepare the administrative processes for material fulfillment and mobilization during project execution.
* Perform operations on Valve Boundary, Circulation, and Valve Step DMA.
* Execute DMA activities such as Isolation, Steptest, and Pressure Management.
* Ensure work complies with HSE standards.
* Prepare and implement contractor supervision processes during the project.
* Create daily reports on contractor supervision throughout the project duration.
* Implement all K3L (Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment) activities or programs in the work environment, providing technical supervision in each area to ensure work is always healthy, safe, comfortable, and does not pollute the environment, and participate in providing input on hazards/aspects and risks/environmental impacts.
