Mayora is offering two distinct Management Development Programs (MDP): MDP Factory and MDP Sales.
**MDP Factory**
This program offers the opportunity to learn about factory processes in the FMCG industry, covering planning, production, inventory, warehousing, distribution, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
* Minimum education level of D4/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics.
* Ability to work in shifts.
* Willingness to be placed in factories throughout Indonesia.

**MDP Sales**
This program provides insights into the world of sales (general trade), from building relationships and negotiating to setting sales targets.
Qualifications:
* Minimum education level of D4/S1 in any major.
* Must possess SIM A and SIM C driving licenses.
* Willingness to be placed throughout Indonesia.

MDP IR&GA
MDP IR&GA position involves studying labor laws in the FMCG industry and learning about the management of household needs in factories.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of a D4/S1 degree in Law (specifically Civil Law), understand the Labor Law, and be willing to be placed in factories throughout Indonesia.

MDP OPERATION
The MDP OPERATION role focuses on studying branch operations, including Logistics, Finance Accounting, and Personnel.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have a minimum of a D4/S1 degree in Economics/Financial Management/Accounting, understand financial reports, and be willing to be placed in branches throughout Indonesia.
