We are hiring for a Management Trainee position. This is part of our Basic Development Program (BDP), a specially designed program for newly graduated future leaders. The program prepares young leaders by equipping them with all the required competencies to be successful in their careers.
We have the following open positions:
Agronomy Assistant:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma 4 in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, Forestry, or Agrotechnology.
Engineering Assistant:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma 4 in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance of Heavy Equipment, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
General Qualifications:
* Maximum age is 25 years old.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Fresh graduate or a maximum of 2 years of experience.
* Willing to undergo basic development training (6 months).
* Willing to be placed in Central/West Kalimantan.
The selection process includes online registration, assessment and psychotest, HR/User interview, and a medical check-up.
