Tendering Officer

We are hiring a Tendering Officer.

**Task & Responsibility:**

* Handle inquiries and prepare tender bidding proposals and order entries.
* Join pre-bid meetings and understand customer administration requirements.
* Compile, follow up, and check documents required in the instruction to bid prior to submission.
* Assist sales and customers in the selection of the product to satisfy customer requirements.
* Evaluate customer requirements to ensure that the company can provide products that will satisfy customers' needs.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience in sales or tendering processes.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Ability to communicate with salespersons in the region.
* Ability to manage the workload to meet deadlines.
* Initiative, pro-active with a good attitude.
* Placement: Purwakarta
