DWN. CORP is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist.
Job Description:
The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for planning the needs of raw materials and packaging based on production schedules and sales projections. The specialist will manage procurement and negotiate with vendors, including searching for new vendors to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery. They will also monitor stock and inventory regularly, ensuring that the goods rotation runs according to FIFO/FEFO methods.
The specialist will arrange distribution and logistics for the delivery of finished goods to distributors. They will prepare supply chain reports and analyze process performance and vendors for efficiency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. They should have at least 2-3 years of purchasing experience. The ideal candidate will understand the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, distribution, negotiation, and vendor management.
The candidate should be proficient in using the Accurate system and possess strong data analysis and planning skills. They should also demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and good communication skills. The ability to work with targets and cross-team/division coordination is essential.
