* Experience in retail sales is preferred.
* Proficiency in digital selling and marketplace management.
* Ability to operate Microsoft Office and manage social media.
* Excellent communication skills with leadership qualities.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
* Willingness to work shifts.

The Store Superintendent will be responsible for performing daily operational tasks at the Gramedia Store. This includes conducting market analysis to develop strategies and execute plans to achieve sales targets.
