Qualifications:
* Open to both male and female candidates.
* Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
* Capable of conducting training analysis and employee development.
* Proficient in creating simple poster designs and video editing.
* Able to speak in public (presentations).
* Capable of managing cooperation with training vendors and external facilitators.
* Possess good collaboration and communication skills.
* Proficient in English (verbal/nonverbal).
* Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Understanding of GMP Operation Food Industry.
* Able to understand 6S practices.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
