To qualify for this role, you should have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a top university. Proficiency in CAD software is essential, and experience with PLC systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must. Knitto Group is hiring a Drafter Mechanical. As a Drafter Mechanical, you will create and update technical drawings using AutoCAD (including Plant 3D Tool set) and SketchUp. You will work with engineers to understand design needs and ensure drawings meet technical specifications. You will review and revise drawings based on feedback from the engineering team to ensure accuracy and feasibility. You will also document all drawings and ensure the latest versions are always available and organized. You will contribute to improving design and drafting processes to increase operational efficiency.

To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a mechanical drafter is required, and experience in the textile industry is a plus. You must have advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (including Plant 3D Tool set) and/or other CAD software. You should also possess a strong understanding of mechanical principles and textile production processes. Job Description:

Identify operational processes and work results as the basis for development planning.

Collect and analyze data to support decision-making in development projects.

Evaluate ongoing operational processes and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.

Prepare training materials for users related to the results of development that has been carried out.

Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of the development process.

Ensure that all needs supporting the implementation of development are available and ready for use.

Create development outcome reports that have been carried out as evaluation material and reporting to management.

Qualifications:

Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.50.

Open to fresh graduates or those with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.

Possess good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as a high enthusiasm for learning new things.

Possess leadership qualities, be able to work in a team, and have good communication skills.

Ability to create work process flowcharts.
