Staff HRD (Trainer)

J&T Express Indonesia is hiring a Staff HRD (Trainer).

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a minimum of a D3-S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Communication Science.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the field of training/HR development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Candidates must have experience in designing, developing, and delivering training to employees.

Candidates must be communicative, analytical, and possess presentation skills.

Knowledge of KPIs is an added advantage.

Candidates must be willing to travel for work.

The placement location is Semarang City.
