**Qualifications:**

* Female
* Maximum age of 27 years old
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Psychology)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR
* Experience in recruitment
* Understanding of Indonesian labor laws
* Ability to perform BEI
* Understanding of Counseling Techniques
* Ability to perform Job Analysis
* High initiative, communicative, and disciplined
