We are hiring a Marketing Manager!

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Additional education in Sales/Marketing Strategy will be an added advantage. A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in the field of marketing is required, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Specific experience in the manufacturing or plastic packaging industry (flexible packaging, rigid packaging, injection molding, etc.) is preferred.

The ideal candidate should have assertive communication skills, leadership abilities, be target-oriented, and possess problem-solving and decision-making skills. A strong understanding of strategic marketing planning, market analysis, product development, and branding is essential. The position is located in Surabaya.

Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share. They will manage the sales and marketing team to achieve targets, and develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
