We are hiring a Pelaksana SDM (Human Resources Executive) with application code: SDM.
Job Requirements:
* Open to both Male and Female candidates.
* A bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management (MSDM), or Law is required.
* Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the HRD field, specifically within a Hospital setting.
* Must possess a strong understanding of Human Resource Management principles.
* Must understand Employment Law.
