* Proficient in operating Microsoft Office.
* Knowledgeable about organizational behavior and development.
* Mastery of job description writing and job analysis.
* Understanding of basic human resource management competencies.
* Proficient in survey research methods.
* Detail-oriented and possess high initiative.
