Job Description:
As an Area Sales Representative, you will be responsible for presenting our products to potential clients, following up on proposals, negotiating deals, facilitating sales transactions, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving established sales targets.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

* Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Experience in sales within the building materials, property, interior/exterior design, or related industries is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
* Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM) and own a personal vehicle.
* Willing to be placed in Semarang/Surabaya/Bandung/Jakarta and reside in the area.
