Learning & Development Officer

We are seeking a Learning & Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for controlling the process of updating the Training Matrix according to existing competencies. You will coordinate with users to design training programs. This includes creating syllabus, methods, modules, and evaluation tools for training programs based on needs. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training and make improvements to existing training programs, as well as prepare Training Need Analysis (TNA) for each department.

Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resource Management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates should have a strong interest in HRD/HR Development, understand the concept of Training Need Analysis (TNA), ADDIE, be willing to travel out of town if needed, and be willing to be placed in Surabaya.
