Your Lead Journey
Month 1 – 2 : Business Management Bootcamp + Real Assignment
Month 3 – 24 : Three rotational assignment across Gunung Sewu business units, developing real leadership

Accelerated Growth Path
Get the chance to fast-track and be ready to be Jr Manager once completed the program in 24 months and high performers shall continues grow within the Gunung Sewu Group
What you need
Bachelor or Master’s degree with min GPA 3.3
Fresh graduates from any background with internship
Up to 2 years professional of work experience
Fluent in writen and verbal communciation both Bahasa Indonesia & English
Open to relocating outside Jakarta
