JSM Supermarket Bahan Bangunan is a retail company that provides a variety of construction needs, from foundations to finishing, with a comfortable shopping experience for customers. We are looking for a HRD. This is a full-time, WFO position.

Job Requirements:
- Male/Female, minimum age 28 years old.
- Minimum education D3/S1 in Psychology, Law, or Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as HRD (preferably from the retail industry).
- Proficient in Ms. Excel and other HR administration applications.
- Understand the recruitment, absence, and employee administration processes.
- Communicative, assertive, and has good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a team, with management, and independently.
- Thorough and responsible.
- Willing to be mobile and work in a team.
