FULLMOON, the national agent in Indonesia for internationally renowned brands like HIKVISION and MEGAMAN, is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Management Trainee Program. FULLMOON stands out within the industry with its professional supply chain, market expansion, and corporate management capabilities. Our goal is to develop our company's future sales leaders through a one-year program utilizing On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Qualifications:
* Fresh graduate or a year of working experience.
* Minimum Bachelor's degree.
* Eager to learn, adapt, and take on challenging tasks.
* Willing to be placed in all branches of Indonesia.
* Extroverted with good communication skills.
* Proficient in Mandarin (oral) is a must; additional languages are a plus.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
