PT Global Papua Abadi, an integrated sugar industry in Indonesia recognized as a National Strategic Project, is hiring a Trainee for Pest & Diseases in Merauke. The company operates on approximately 30,000 hectares of land in Merauke Regency, South Papua Province. This initiative aligns with the government's efforts to achieve self-sufficiency in sugar and bioethanol production, contributing to food and energy security in the country. PT Global Papua Abadi plays a vital role in strengthening the local economy and improving Indonesia's agricultural capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in all training activities as instructed by the Mentor or Leader.
* Study all training materials, unit knowledge, and basic mechanics with discipline and commitment.
* Demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, and initiative during training sessions.
* Perform all tasks in accordance with occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Technic Chemical / pathology clinic or related field.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Good communication skills are essential.
* Must possess a proactive and "can-do" attitude.
* Adaptable and willing to learn.
* Committed to participating in the company's training program and adhering to the service bond terms set by the company.
