We are hiring an Admin Personalia to manage administration and employee data, including attendance, leave, and overtime. This role involves conducting employee recruitment processes and managing BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan. You will be responsible for creating reports and other personnel documentation, as well as compiling and updating the employee database. Your duties will also include preparing administrative documents such as work contracts and payroll, filing and archiving employee documents, and compiling routine HR administration reports.

Qualifications:

We welcome applications from both male and female candidates. A minimum of a D3 degree is required, with preference given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree (S1) in Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Law. A minimum of one year of experience in administration/personnel/HRD is required. Candidates should be proficient in computer operations, especially Microsoft Office. The successful candidate must be meticulous, organized, and capable of multitasking, as well as communicative and possessing a professional attitude.
